Junior Clerk, Stenographer & Salaried Amin Orissa(19 Posts) – Sarkari Ujala

The District Court of Mayurbhanj, Baripada has released the notification for the post of 19 junior clerk cum copyist, stenographer, and salaried Amin. Candidates who want to apply for this post can fill out the paper form by 24 June 2024. The candidates will have to take the exam before they can qualify for the post.

The important Dates and details

The last date to Submit the Form for the exam is 24 June 2024 by 5 PM. The mode to fill out the form is offline. That means candidates have to fill out the form offline and send it to the designation by post. The details are given later in the article.

Candidates do not have to pay any fees to sit in the exam. The mode of exam will be offline and MCQ-based. There will be a viva voice for all the posts.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Candidates must have passed the +3 examination from any recognized university.
• Age Limit – 18-32 years on 24-06-2024
• Must be able to read and write Odia and have passed the test in Odia equivalent to at least M.E. standard.
• Must have a diploma in computer application from a recognized institute.
• Typing speed requirement for the stenographer – 80 words in short-hand and 40 words in type per minute.
• Minimum qualifying marks in the test for UR and ESBC candidates – 35%
• Minimum Qualifying marks for computer test – 50% for UR and ESBC while 40% for SC and ST candidates

• Candidates have to print out the form attached to this article and fill it out by hand.
• You need to fill out the post name and category in the capital letters.

• Applications should reach the given address by Monday 24/06/2024 5 PM.
• Attach self-attested copies of the following documents with the form –
  • H.S.C. or equivalent mark sheet and certificate (self-attested).
  • +2 examination mark sheet and certificate (self-attested).
  • +3 examination mark sheet and certificate (self-attested).
  • Diploma in Computer Application certificate (self-attested).
  • Short Hand and Typewriting Certificate (Grade-III Stenographer applicants) (self-attested).
  • Caste Certificate if SC/ST/SEBC (self-attested).
  • Medical Certificate for physically/orthopedically handicapped (self-attested).
  • Ex-Serviceman/Sports persons Certificates/Identity Cards (self-attested).
  • Two self-addressed envelopes with adequate postage stamps.
  • Two Character Certificates (from different gazetted officers/medical practitioners/Sarpanch) (self-attested).
  • One recent passport-size photograph affixed on the Application form and three additional self-attested passport size photographs.
  • Separate applications for multiple posts.
  • Certificate showing passing of Odia as a subject equivalent to M.E. standard (self-attested).
  • Technical Certificate and Mark sheet for Revenue Inspector Training (Salaried Amin) (self-attested).
  • Employment Exchange Card (self-attested).
  • “No objection certificate” for candidates already in Government service (from a Competent Authority).
